Mode 1 · STAGE CLIMB

A challenge mode where clearing a set number of blocks passes the stage and unlocks the next. Fall speed and rules are fixed per stage, so the difficulty setting only changes how many upcoming numbers you can preview.

  • Goal: Stage 1 asks for 20 blocks, rising to roughly 40–60 later. Reach the quota and the stage clears on the spot.
  • Stars: Clearing earns ★. A score of quota × 13 or more earns ★★, and quota × 18 or more earns ★★★. Long sums and chains are the key to stars.
  • Progress: Stages unlock as you clear them, and stars and best records are saved in this browser. You can replay any unlocked stage from the stage selector to collect more stars.
  • Each stage adds roughly one new rule. Garbage rows start rising from the bottom at Stage 3, stones arrive at Stage 4, and later stages bring target sums of 12 and 15, no diagonals and 3-or-more matches.
  • Every fifth stage is a bonus with a flood of small numbers (chain practice). Every tenth is a boss that combines all the rules.
  • Failing: If blocks reach the top row, the run is over. You can retry the same stage on a fresh board (R).
  • In an invite room, everyone plays the one stage the host chose on the same seeded board and compares results.

Mode 2 · ENDLESS TOWER

A survival mode with no end. Garbage rows with stones rise faster and faster, and you compete on how long and how high you can score.

  • Level: You gain one level for every 20 blocks cleared.
  • Garbage rows: One rises every 12 seconds at level 1, 0.8 seconds sooner per level, down to a minimum of every 3 seconds.
  • Stones: Each row starts with 1 stone and gains one more every two levels, up to 7.
  • Fall speed: Blocks fall faster until level 9; after that only the garbage rows speed up.
  • Game over: The run ends when the stack reaches the top. Score, level and max chain are recorded, and your best score is saved in this browser.
  • Tip: Don't wait for garbage rows. Keep clearing to hold the stack low; one big chain can remove several rows at once.

Mode 3 · 3-MIN SPRINT

A timed mode: score as high as you can in 3 minutes. There are no garbage rows or stones, so you can focus on planning your sums.

  • Time: The run ends the moment 3 minutes are up, and your score at that point is the result.
  • Scoring: Longer sums and longer chains score much more. Going for big chains beats clearing quickly.
  • Speed: Falling speed follows the difficulty setting and gradually increases over time.
  • Failing: If the stack fills up and no block can be placed, the run ends even with time left.
  • In an invite room, everyone competes for the best 3-minute score on the same seeded board.

Garbage Rows & Gravity

Useful rules for modes that have garbage rows (STAGE CLIMB from Stage 3, and ENDLESS TOWER).

  • When a garbage row rises, every block moves up one row and a new row appears at the bottom. One random cell in it is always empty; the rest are filled with numbers (and stones, depending on the stage).
  • The new row's numbers are arranged so they can't make a sum by themselves, so garbage rows never hand out free points.
  • Gravity only applies when blocks are cleared by a match. Blocks above the cleared cells drop down within the same column to fill the gaps. Neighboring columns are unaffected.
  • That's why the empty bottom cell left by a garbage row stays put, and is filled only when a block above it in that column is cleared by a match.
  • Stones break sums, but they shatter together with a cleared block they touch. Make matches next to stones to open a path.

Scores & Resume

Scores are calculated in the browser and are not server-verified. Stage progress, stars and best scores are saved in this browser. Refresh to resume the saved board. This casual mode is intended for comparing results with friends.
